Turnkey Property Maintenance & Repair Professionals needs a reliable W-2 helper to support our field techs on residential and light commercial turns and repairs across Jacksonville. You’ll work beside experienced techs not run solo scopes on day one. Steady hours while the team grows. Real trucks/tools culture, clear expectations, and a learning path if you show up ready to work.
What you’ll do
- Assist field techs on turns and day-to-day repairs: demo assist, hauling, material runs, site cleanup, furniture/appliance moves
- Lift, load, and stage materials; keep job sites clean and safe
- Use basic hand tools under direction (no unsupervised electrical / gas / advanced plumbing)
- Follow SOPs, safety, Fair Housing, and crew checklists
- Stay reachable for work orders on your phone; personal life stays personal on the job
Must-haves
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Reliable transport / can commute Jacksonville (32212-area work)
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable on your feet
- Punctual and dependable we notice no-shows
- OK with W-2 employment (not a 1099 side-hustle post)
- Phone for work orders and photo notes
- Willing to learn under techs (no 5+ years trades required)
Nice to have
- Any handyman, warehouse, landscaping, or apartment turn experience
- Basic tool familiarity
