Curators at Courtyard Fort Worth Alliance enjoy being part of a supportive, guest-focused team where every stay is an opportunity to create meaningful moments and deliver hospitality with heart.About the opportunity The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operationally supporting all building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained property.What you'll get to do:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systemsRespond promptly to guest and internal maintenance requests and work ordersConduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systemsTroubleshoot and repair issues related to lighting, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general building maintenanceInspect property systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational reliabilitySkills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certification preferred1-3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality or related field preferredBasic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
