Maintenance EngineerWe are looking to add a Maintenance Engineer to our team. Maintenance engineers are responsible for assorted everyday maintenance, small projects, preventative maintenance, and landscaping. Target hourly pay is between $17/hr and $20/hr.Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:3+ years as a Maintenance Engineer or technicianBasic experience with and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, landscaping, and preventative maintenance.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all daySome experience with HVAC is highly preferredMature personality and positive attitudeMaintenance Engineer Responsibilities:Complete maintenance requests quickly and professionallyCommunicate with leadership on priorities and dutiesOversee contractors to ensure task completionOther duties as assigned
