Dizario Search is partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Lordstown, OH area seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their newly created preventative maintenance team . This role is responsible for managing a Reliability Engineer, a CMMS Coordinator, and partnering directly with the site Maintenance Manager to create a site wide preventative maintenance program. Our client is seeking a reliability focused engineer with a background in data collection, project management, reliability program coordination, and CMMS management.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering and maintenance management to develop strategic preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
- Work alongside maintenance teams on assigned projects including: new machinery installations, repairs, training, and CAPEX projects as necessary.
- Develop KPI's, growth plans, and goals for all direct reports.
- Responsible for data collection, analysis, and updates for all machinery and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in: Mechanical, Electrical, or other related field required.
- 3 (+) years' of Reliability, Maintenance, or Preventative engineering experience.
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing space. xhqgsiq
- Previous experience developing or assisting the development of preventative maintenance programs within large scale manufacturing is required.
