This role is hands-on and technical—you'll be troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and maintaining electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across the shop.You'll also work with laser systems, control systems, and instrumentation, diagnosing problems and getting equipment back into service safely and efficiently. What you do here has real-world impact—every day.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) Hours: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, 2nd Shift Shift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll OwnTroubleshoot electronic systems including temperature controls, CNC controls, and PLC-controlled equipmentInstall, test, start up, and shut down control systems and production equipmentTroubleshoot, set up, and support laser systems and applicationsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issuesSupport equipment design, build-outs, and modifications as neededRepair and calibrate electronic and pneumatic instrumentationRead and interpret electronic diagrams, blueprints, and ladder logicUse test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMM) and oscilloscopesOrder parts to manufacturer specificationsPerform lockout/tagout and follow OSHA-compliant startup and shutdown proceduresMaintain required performance and maintenance recordsFollow all safety procedures and protocols—no shortcutsEnsure compliance with RSM and Quality Control Management (QCM)Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirementsProvide technical support across multiple manufacturing areasWhat We're Looking For2-year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship, or equivalent technical experience3+ years hands-on experience with electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience troubleshooting industrial equipment in a manufacturing environmentPLC experience and computer-based controls experience a strong plusAble to read and understand technical drawings and schematicsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAble to work independently or as part of a teamSafety-minded and reliableCertifications/RequirementsMust pass job-related technical testingElectronics school or equivalentLaser school trainingProcess instrumentation trainingThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs.
