n nThe Job You Will Perform:
nIndustrial maintenance/mechanic electrician will perform routine preventive maintenance and repair of machines.
nTroubleshoot emergency maintenance on machines as necessary to support plant operations.
nTroubleshoot industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical failures
nReads, manages and performs work orders of required maintenance services.
nThe Skills You Will Bring:
n3+ years in industrial manufacturing
nPLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs, and changeouts of programs
nExperience with Factory Talk or similar HMI software
nPhoto eyes, sensors, limit switches, and solenoids
nRepairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls)
nMechanical Systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes)
nHydraulics & Pneumatics
nHigh and Low Voltage
nAbility to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues
nOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
nFrequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
