As a Maintenance Electrical Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and improve electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems that support manufacturing equipment and facility operations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, Electronics, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required
  • 5-10 years of industrial maintenance or engineering experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of industrial safety practices, including LOTO and 5S
  • Experience with automation systems and MRO processes
  • Experience using CMMS software for work order management and preventive maintenance documentation
  • Proficiency using computers and mobile devices for maintenance tracking and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
What You'll Do as a Maintenance Electrical Technician:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production equipment and facility systems
  • Maintain electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control components throughout the facility
  • Support operation and maintenance of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs), Catalytic Oxidizers, and Tank Farm equipment
  • Troubleshoot and maintain utility systems including:
    • Steam and condensate systems
    • Chilled water systems
    • Cooling water systems
    • Hot oil systems
    • HVAC systems
    • Compressed air systems
    • Power distribution systems
  • Assist with equipment setup, installation, and commissioning activities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential equipment issues
  • Document work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and project updates using CMMS software
  • Participate in shift hand-off meetings to ensure work continuity and communication
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Attend training sessions and stay current with maintenance technologies and best practices
  • Work overtime as needed to support production operations
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently lift up to 75 pounds throughout an 8-12-hour shift
  • Stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and climb throughout the workday
  • Safely use ladders and mobile stairs to access elevated equipment
  • Work on equipment positioned above shoulder height or below waist level
  • Push and pull toolboxes and maintenance equipment throughout the facility
