Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a critical role in keeping equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Perform preventive, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systemsSupport equipment changeovers and complete scheduled PMsDiagnose and resolve issues in a live production environmentPerform quality checks to ensure equipment meets production standardsWork closely with maintenance, production, and support teams to minimize downtimeComplete all required training in compliance with Adient and customer standardsQualifications and experience required:High School Diploma or GEDRequires at least 3 years of relevant field experience.Journeyman Card from the Department of Labor is a plusPrior experience as a Millwright, Electrician, or Machine Repair Technician in an automotive manufacturing environmentExperience in automotive sheet metal stamping preferredExperience with large transfer and progressive dies is a plusWorking knowledge of PLCsAble to work Second Shift: 1:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.Physical and work requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
