To perform duties related to the general care and maintenance of buildings and grounds.Experience required working as a Journeyman in electrical field Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment Ability to diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems Install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures Ensure conformance to building and safety codes Place conduit, pipes, or tubing in walls or other concealed areas Proficient in computer applications pertinent to position such as Google Mail, FMX Work Orders, or comparable program High School diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 60 labs.
