Responsibilities include planning and tracking work orders, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems operate reliably, enforcing safety and regulatory standards, and managing budgets and capital projects. You will optimize building performance, respond to emergencies, and partner with operations leaders to deliver safe, efficient, guest-ready facilities.
