Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the department and lead a team of employees
- Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge
- Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning
- Perform basic construction and repair tasks
- Conduct electrical wiring and repair work
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Requirements:
- This "hands-on" position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long term care facility and life safety
