Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the safety, maintenance, and overall condition of our facility. This is a hands‑on leadership position with an important role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility
- Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and general building issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed
- Help ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a safe and well‑functioning environment for residents and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA requirements, and workplace safety practices
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsDependable, organized, and self‑motivated
