Maintenance Director

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department
• Ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes
• Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
• Maintain the community in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems
• Provide quality laundry service

Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
• Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
