NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

Madison Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to join our team!

• FLSA Status – Exempt
• Reports To – Kevin Ritz
• Shifts Hiring – Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience required
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care facility preferred
• Experience with sewer plant operations and state regulations
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, Life Safety Code, and facility safety requirements
• Ability to maintain required inspections, logs, and documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Must be available for after-hours emergency calls as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the facility and grounds
• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
• Maintain facility equipment and mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Monitor and maintain sewer plant operations and required documentation
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
• Help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors
