About the Role
Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to prevent and minimize equipment failures and downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Manage budgets and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
Develop and maintain effective communication among maintenance staff, facility administrators, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Identify and address potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
