We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Director to join our family-run nursing home. The right Maintenance Director will be reliable, hardworking, and caring toward our residents and staff.
Maintenance Director Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily maintenance and repairs in the building
- Managing safety checks and compliance
- Supervising and scheduling maintenance staff
- Working with vendors when needed

- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
