Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime
- Respond to resident and staff requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all maintenance areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and regulatory standards
- Participate in safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance efforts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0 years of experience in maintenance or related field (entry-level candidates welcome!)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
