Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the maintenance department, including scheduling and coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations
Develop and manage the department's budget to ensure efficient use of resources
Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs and concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a focus on customer service and quality control
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
