CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking a, experienced, dedicated, and hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects
- Oversee the overall upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety and health regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for inspections, repairs, and major projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and inventory
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Prior experience in maintenance within a healthcare, long-term care, or similar setting required
- Experience with Life Safety Code Compliance required
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
