Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
