We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations at Celina Health Care Center .
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the department and lead a team of employees
- Utilize management experience, preferably in a long‑term care facility with life safety knowledge
- Apply general knowledge of heating and air‑conditioning
- Perform basic construction and repair tasks
- Conduct electrical wiring and repair work
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
