The Greens at Gastonia, a premier skilled nursing facility in Gastonia, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the building's survey readiness, overseeing life safety systems, preventative maintenance, and compliance standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead all maintenance operations for the facility, ensuring a survey-ready environment at all times
• Maintain compliance with Life Safety Code and other regulatory standards
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and documentation
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and emergency systems
• Coordinate repairs and projects with vendors and contractors
• Partner with leadership to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and on-call situations

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintenance Director or Supervisor experience REQUIRED
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or regulated facility experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
