Maintenance Director responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the property
- Prepare rooms for new residents
- Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property
- Maintain community landscaping to make sure the outside is as presentable as the inside
Requirements
- Two years of experience working in building maintenance
- At least one year of experience as a supervisor
- Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies
