Maintenance Data AdministratorsThe Maintenance Data Administrator provides administrative and data management support for NSW vehicle and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for tracking shop repair orders, labor hours, repair costs, and equipment status within Government maintenance databases. The Maintenance Data Administrator ensures maintenance records are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with NSW reporting requirements, supporting equipment readiness and operational decision making.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage Shop Repair Orders (SROs) in Fleet FocusEnter direct and indirect labor, parts, codes, and costs into maintenance databasesReview, close, and file completed SROs within required timelinesGenerate shop production and maintenance status reportsSupport equipment accountability in DPAS and other logistics systemsBrief deploying personnel on maintenance data proceduresAssist with inventory validation and reconciliationSupport Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) reportingReceive and process work orders from outlying NSW training sitesRequired QualificationsU.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain installation access credentialsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceMinimum 3 years in maintenance data entry and reportingMinimum 2 years using Asset Works Fleet Focus or similar fleet management softwareMinimum 2 years using Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or similar property accountability systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience producing maintenance, labor, and production reportsExperience providing technical oversight and mentorshipStrong attention to detail and document controlStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to clearly identify as contract personnel when interacting with Government staffCompliance with administrative, security, and safety requirementsCompliance with drugfree workforce requirementsAbility to work in office and shop administrative environmentsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallySitting, walking, and standing for extended periodsOccasional movement between shop, office, and equipment areasThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to be the best qualified for the position and successfully perform the functions of the job.
