Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support safe, reliable operation of our manufacturing facility. This role plans, schedules, and tracks maintenance activities, ensuring resources, parts, and contractors are in place to minimize downtime. You’ll manage work orders in our CMMS, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, maintain parts inventory, and support preventive maintenance programs.
The Coordinator helps enforce safety standards, analyzes equipment history and data to improve reliability, and partners with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep the mill running efficiently and sustainably.
