Maintenance CoordinatorThe Maintenance Coordinator accurately maintains the supply of specified mechanical parts and supplies through requisitioning, receiving, storing, and dispersing. We're also proud to be recognized as an America's Safest Companies by EHS Today.We Offer:Direct hire: Join our team on a permanent basisAdvancement: We prioritize promotion from within!Rewards: We enjoy premium pay & an excellent benefits program!Stability: We've been in the community for many years & offer job stability through market uncertaintyAs Maintenance Coordinator, you will:Compile data from sources such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and write, type, or enter information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.Prepare requisitions, orders, or other documents for purchasing or requisitioning new or additional stock items.Compile stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.Compare stock numbers, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, parts lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of requisitions and shipping orders.Review files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.Responsible for maintaining a high level of motivation.Housekeeping and safety.Responsible for reporting food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.Responsible for maintaining ISO standards in the conversion department.Responsible to receive, inspects, and stores incoming parts, verifying the contents against purchase orders and packing slips.The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.Responsible for cycle count of inventory within the parts roomTo be Maintenance Coordinator, you'll need:High School Diploma, GED or equivalentMechanical knowledge preferredExpert knowledge in SAPExperience with keeping accurate inventory recordsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosBasic proficiency with computers and inventory management or SAP software.
