Selmet is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our precision aerospace manufacturing facility in Springfield, OR. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, facilities, and support systems to ensure maximum uptime and safety. You will manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and track completion in a CMMS.
The Maintenance Coordinator will collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, production, and engineering to plan repairs, arrange contractors, order parts, and maintain critical spare inventories. You will help drive continuous improvement by monitoring equipment performance, documenting procedures, and supporting safety and quality standards.
