Selmet is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our precision aerospace manufacturing facility in Springfield, OR. In this role, you’ll plan, schedule, and track preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
Responsibilities include work order coordination, parts and vendor management, CMMS data entry and reporting, and assisting with maintenance budgeting and inventory control. You’ll collaborate with technicians, production, and safety teams to minimize downtime, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement in equipment reliability and plant performance.
