Maintenance CoordinatorJoin our maintenance operations team as a Maintenance Coordinator for our Methods and Maintenance Team and play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.What will you do?Manage maintenance projects, work orders, PMs, and inventory through scheduling to completion.Organize and plan maintenance tasks, monitor progress and budget, manage relationships with main suppliers.Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues.Ensure continuous needs/resources balance availability of spare parts inventory.Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly.Manage the replenishment backlog and backorder portfolio.Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments.Communicate effectively with the project team and other departments of the plant.Key Systems: SAP, MS OfficeWhat are the key skills we are looking for?Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.Customer Orientation — developing level; supporting internal teams with responsive and reliable maintenance service.Digital Literacy — developing level; using maintenance management systems to track work orders and data.Drives for Results — developing level; completing maintenance tasks on schedule to minimize production impact.Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols during all maintenance activities.Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards.Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns.What qualifications will make you successful?Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate.Comfort working in a hands-on environment with both routine and non-routine challenges.Awareness of safety/electrical safety procedures (LOTO, electrical safety codes etc).Interest in working in a production environment.Education and/or experience in troubleshooting automated test equipment.Organized and hands-on in structured de-bugging.Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance.Curiosity about new technologies and looking to solve real-world problems in a manufacturing environment.Who will you report to?
