Maintenance AssociateThe Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery, Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency or Maintenance Base or Maintenance Center. Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with *** and respective division Technology Lifecycle Management standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Technology Lifecycle Management Competency Management System.
Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
