Maintenance AssistantWe're seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to help with the upkeep of our cultivation facility. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on maintenance skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll assist with general repairs, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep, ensuring our operations run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility & Equipment MaintenanceAssist with routine inspections and minor repairs on cultivation equipment.Support maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.Troubleshoot and report any facility or equipment issues.Building & Grounds UpkeepPerform basic repairs (e.g., drywall, plumbing leaks, light installations).Help maintain landscaping, weed control, and irrigation systems.Ensure facility cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.General SupportWork closely with the Maintenance Facility Manager on daily tasks.Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.Safely use tools and equipment required for maintenance work.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious maintenance, handyman, or facility support experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or equipment troubleshooting. Comfortable working indoor and outdoor in varying conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
