IPSY is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facilities at our Belton, Missouri fulfillment center. You will own reliability, safety, and performance of conveyors, automation, and the technician team.
This hands-on leadership role partners with Operations to minimize downtime, implement preventive maintenance, manage budgets and spare parts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to keep the facility performing at peak.
