Seeking an experienced Mainframe Systems Analyst for a 24-month remote contract position focused on systems analysis, requirements gathering, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications within the Financial/Investment Services domain, with a requirement to support EST business hours. Key responsibilities Conduct systems analysis and requirements gathering for enterprise mainframe applications Analyze existing systems and define future-state solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders Document current-state and future-state processes, including problem identification and solution analysis Required qualifications Current or recent experience in the Financial Services, Investment, Brokerage, or Capital Markets industry Strong understanding of core trading concepts Proven experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering and business process analysis Experience with SOAP UI and REST APIs, and strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly DB2 Ability to navigate and analyze applications within a Mainframe (z/OS) environment
