To support application modernization initiatives, the remote Mainframe DevOps Consultant will lead migration projects utilizing SCM tools, guide clients through conversion processes, and architect DevOps pipelines to enhance mainframe environments. Key responsibilities Lead and support application migration projects using SCM tools like CA-Endevor, DBB, GIT, and IDD Guide clients through the conversion process with technical expertise and hands-on support Architect DevOps pipelines and design migration strategies for modern SCM solutions Required qualifications Strong background in application development or system programming on IBM z/OS and USS Proven experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of DBB, GIT, and IDD on mainframe systems Ability to analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications and related migration processes Proficiency in scripting languages such as YAML and Groovy Experience with pipeline debugging and branch management
