Mainframe Dev
Role Summary: A core technical resource responsible for the daily development, maintenance, and support of the mainframe health claims applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy code changes for claims processing systems based on technical specifications.
- Monitor daily batch jobs and resolve ABENDs within defined SLA timelines.
- Assist in unit and integration testing of new healthcare compliance updates.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and runbooks for the Operate team.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Mainframe application development (COBOL, JCL, DB2).
- Familiarity with incident and change management processes (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Prior experience in the healthcare/insurance domain is highly preferred.
