Providing strategic leadership in pharmacy operations, the full-time Maine Licensed VP Pharmacy Services will oversee all pharmacy-related activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Directs pharmacy operations including formulary management, medication adherence, and vendor oversight to achieve financial and quality targets Ensures compliance with payer, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including preparation for the CMS MA bid process Establishes performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes and operational efficiency Required qualifications BS Pharmacy or PharmD required; PharmD and MBA preferred Maine and New Hampshire pharmacy license (or eligible) 10 years of experience in managed care and retail pharmacy settings Experience with pharmacy vendor management and Medicare bid development Strong knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations and pharmacy benefit design
