Independently licensed therapists will find a full-time remote opportunity to provide outpatient therapy, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity populations while benefiting from predictable compensation and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and clear expectations for documentation Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while receiving operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
