Key responsibilities Serve as the designated collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, ensuring compliance with state laws Conduct timely reviews of patient charts and clinical documentation to maintain quality and safety standards Participate in meetings and case reviews to discuss clinical performance and care improvement opportunities Required qualifications Current, active MD/DO license in the state of Maine Active practice in the state of Maine 3+ years of clinical experience post-residency Primary specialty in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine Board Certification in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
