To ensure high-quality and cost-effective medication management, the full-time Maine Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will develop and execute clinical initiatives, provide pharmacy expertise, and collaborate with health plan partners in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develops and implements clinical pharmacy strategies to enhance pharmacy management outcomes Monitors pharmacy-related quality measures and collaborates with internal teams to address medication-related gaps in care Acts as a drug information expert and supports the maintenance of the Health Plan Drug Formulary Required qualifications Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy with relevant clinical experience Current and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in Maine 3+ years of experience in retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy Extensive knowledge of drug products, medical therapeutics, and pharmacy claims processing Ability to function independently and make sound decisions while handling confidential information
