This position plays a critical role in supporting the processing of customer statement reprint requests, handling incoming correspondence, managing fraud and dispute documentation, and executing other essential operational workflows.Essential Responsibilities:Process customer statement reprint requests accurately and efficientlyReceive, sort, and process physical mail, including fraud and dispute documentation and customer correspondenceResearch and identify appropriate accounts, cases, disputes, and customer details using multiple internal systemsAccurately enter, verify, and associate account numbers, case numbers, and other critical data elementsPrepare documents for scanning, imaging, indexing, and electronic storageExecute routine operational tasks across multiple systems while collaborating with internal teamsSupport production activities within customer correspondence, indexing, and other operational functionsResearch processing exceptions and escalate issues to management when necessaryContribute ideas to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and overall operationsMeet established productivity, quality, and service standards while adhering to policies and controlsFollow all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and security guidelinesPerform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental objectivesBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentOne to two years of related work experience in operations, mail processing, document management, administrative support, banking operations, or a similar environment
