What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Director of Imaging to support day-to-day MRI department operations.
  • Lead staff support efforts, including training initiatives, team communication, and staff meeting participation.
  • Help drive process improvement across MRI workflows while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
  • Coordinate MRI-related events and support departmental readiness and quality goals.
  • Collaborate with a contracted research organization to support research activities and maintain compliance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, comfort, and overall patient experience in the MRI environment.

What You Need

Required
  • 5+ years of MRI experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a lead/lead technologist (or equivalent coordination role)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (plus additional training/education)
  • Graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent
  • Current ARRT Registered in Radiologic Technology (Radiography)
  • Current Radiologic Technologist licensure by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
  • CPR/BLS certification
Preferred
  • MRI Safety Officer Certification
