Position Overview

Madison-Champaign ESC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to work 1:1 with a student at the Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students with autism and intensive behaviors.

Position Details

• Schedule: 7 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Work Year: 188 days/year (prorated)
• Assignment: One-on-one student support at Yoder Learning Center

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of college or ability to pass the Para Pro exam
• Valid ODE Educational Aide Permit (can apply once selected)
• Experience working with students with autism/intensive behaviors preferred (training available)
• Must pass a criminal records check
• Must be credentialed in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) or able to attend 4 days of TCI training and pass assessments
