MachinistThis position would be for either the 4pm-12am or 12am-8am shift.The machinists work closely with our Engineering and Production departments to create parts for our manufacturing equipment.Responsibilities include:Planning machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specificationsOperating machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders to produce partsProgramming and running CNC mills and CNC lathesBasic understanding of G codeReviewing electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a jobMaintaining specifications by taking measurements with proper measuring devicesTroubleshooting equipmentMaintaining equipment by completing preventative maintenanceDocumenting actions by completing production and quality logsOther duties as assigned
