We provide customers leading edge support from prototype to production.This position is for Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Summary of PositionResponsible for set up and run the most complex, proven, or new parts with little to no supervision.Utilize shop paper procedures, including updates, signatures, and stamps, counting quantities, labeling, and non-conformance-related activitiesRead blueprints, tooling instructions, and standard charts for specifications.Program, set up, and run all facets of work assigned.Develop fixtures as needed.Assist in creating an accurate set-up book for production.Qualifications:5-7 years of work-related experienceExtensive knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of blueprint reading, GD & TExtensive knowledge of accepted inspection practicesExtensive knowledge of 5 axisExtensive knowledge of CNC programming and G&M codeExtensive probe and toll pre-setter knowledgeCulture:At FM Industries our success is powered by people and technology.
