You'll be:Operating Haas and Bridgeport CNC machines to support brake spider machining, bush and bore, spider drilling, and related processesUsing precision measurement gauges (accurate to 0.0001?) to inspect parts and ensure qualityLoading and unloading parts weighing 10–15 lbs repetitively (100–250 times per shift)Completing computer work and shift reporting tasksRotating between machining cells and supporting material flow as neededAssisting CNC programmers with debugging and improving programsAdhering to all site safety guidelines, reporting incidents, and maintaining excellent housekeeping standardsParticipating in ongoing Continuous Improvement efforts and training new team membersThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have strong CNC machine operation experience (Haas and Bridgeport preferred)Are skilled in reading blueprints and using precision measurement gaugesPossess basic computer skills for end-of-shift reportingMeet one of the following: completion of a CNC certificate program, a 2-year associate degree in machining plus 6 months experience, or 2.5 years of machining experience including advanced setup and programmingHave a High School Diploma or GED and can successfully complete the ACT WorkKeys assessment for Machinist classificationCan stand, bend, stoop, and lift 10–15 lbs repetitively throughout the shiftExercise sound judgment, attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced production environmentAre available for 2nd shift hours and open to overtime, including a typical 6-day workweekOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
