CNC Lathe Set-Up / OperatorWe are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Set-Up / Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up CNC lathe machines for production runsOperate CNC lathes to produce high-quality partsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipmentEnsure adherence to safety protocols and standardsConduct precision measurements using appropriate toolsMaintain accurate production records and documentationQualificationsProven experience in lathe operation, preferably with Mori-Seki and Doosan machinesStrong machining skills with a background as a machinistFamiliarity with manual machining techniques is a plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience with precision measurement tools and techniquesKnowledge of tooling, metalworking, and fabrication processesUnderstanding of machining processes and tolerance specificationsCommitment to safety standards in a manufacturing environmentBenefitsCompetitive Pay -$30-$41/hour DOEMedicalDentalVisionPTOSick timeFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
