This role is central to our precision turning operations and requires deep hands-on expertise with Swiss-style lathes and CNC programming.Primary RequirementsMaster-level proficiency operating and programming Swiss-style lathesStrong CNC programming skillsAbility to interpret GD&T specifications and hold tight tolerances independentlyAdvanced metrology skills for in-process inspectionMeticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality on every part producedDisciplined about maintaining accurate setup sheets, tool offset logs, and inspection recordsStrong organizational skills, manages tooling, fixtures, and job priorities without promptingAdditional Desired ExperienceMill/Turn machining centersCAD/solid modelingTool grindingWhat We're Looking ForA strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the flexibility to support shifting production priorities.
