Manufacturing Operations RoleIn this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by:Performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirementsMonitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outputConducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standardsAssisting with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as neededCollaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practicesResponsibilities• Set-up and operate CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE• High school diploma or equivalent• Completed formal training (Apprenticeship program) or 6 years of CNC Machine Set-upWE VALUE• Experience with specific machines and equipment relevant to the role• Basic technical skills• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environmentABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
