The Machinist will plan materials, determine machining sequences, assemble components, and ensure all finished products meet engineering, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan materials and determine appropriate sequences of machining and assembly operationsSet up and operate machining equipment to manufacture precision parts of varying complexityInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsFollow manufacturing processes and procedures to perform machining and assembly operationsFit, align, and assemble machined components into complete assembliesPerform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, deburring, and finishingInspect completed parts and assemblies using precision measuring toolsVerify conformance to specifications and quality requirementsComplete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately and on timeWork closely with engineering, quality, and inspection teams to meet exact requirementsTroubleshoot machining or assembly issues, improve processes, and reduce scrapSupport continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less-experienced machinists when neededMaintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principlesOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentOne year's experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing or production environmentEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
