MachinistResponsibilities include the following:Machinist responsibilities include:Operating manual and CNC type equipment, including set up and programming.Measuring, examining, and testing completed tools for proper dimensions and function.Using manual CMM to check partsAble to read and understand blueprintsSkills Requirements:Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team settingThe ability to understand goals and prioritize work to achieve those goals in a timely manner.Analytical skills, including the ability to understand blueprints and specifications.Must possess good math skills, and be experienced with machine tools, and computerized measuring machines.Mechanical skills, including the ability to operate milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other machine tools.Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Other duties may be assigned.Required:Minimum of 3 years as a machinistHigh School Diploma
